7th International Conference on Workplace Bullying: June 2-5!

I am presenting my research on workplace bullying at the upcoming international conference on… Workplace Bullying. Here’s a blog post sent out by University of Galmorgan, Wales, the sponsoring organization. Over 200 delegates will be presenting during the 3 day fest. We will be focusing on the intersection of theory and practice (or what we are learning about workplace bullying and how to apply that learning to create safer and more productive workplaces. Yippee. My idea of FUN!

I have just reported an individual bullying me on Fri 23 April. The form of bullying I have encountered is silent bullying. I have been frozen out and ignored for nearly 2 years. This girl and me were once friends which is very hard to believe. From experience I know she has very weird ways and sayings. A year ago I got upset when at home and decided to shrug my shoulders and supressed it.
I now find I am experiencing psychological problems, feeling tired, depression and when seeing this person would rather go round another exit to advoid her. I took last Wednesday off as I couldn’t face work and we don’t even work in the same office!
