Workplace Bullying: Everything you Need to Know But Wish You Didn’t

Workplace bullying is not a new phenomenon. But, since incidence and awareness is on the rise, the pressure on managers to recognize bullying and respond to complaints and concerns is also on the rise.

Yet, little legislation and few corporate policies exist to guide managers when handling bullies, so it is hard to know what to do and what to say when there’s a bully in the office.

This workshop is designed to close the gap between the problem of bullying and logical, simple, and reasonable action steps. The action steps are based on a simple yet comprehensive model of bullying that empowers managers to assist targets of bullying and to handle complaints.

During this workshop, your team will have a common language and perspective on workplace bullying and a logical and reasonable action steps to take in response to bullying complaints and bullying.

  • Be able to define workplace bullying
